June 1st – 3rd      Cambria

This is a wonderful, scenic, ride through California’s Central Coast. Meet in Cambria Friday evening for dinner, drinks and some basic hooliganism. Club Headquarters hotel is the Creekside Inn on Main Street, we will meet up on Saturday morning at the Redwood Cafe located at 2094 Main Street in Cambria for an early breakfast and hit the road at 9AM sharp.

On Saturday we will enjoy a scenic day ride from Cambria to Carmel Valley via rural country roads. Once there, we’ll grab lunch and visit the Moto Talbot Collection before riding back to Cambria in time for dinner. This year more of Highway is open so we are hoping to take Nacimiento-Fergusson Road through Fort Hunter Ligget on the way back.

For those interested in extending their weekend into a 3-day riding adventure there is a Los Angeles constituent that will be riding up and back. If interested, please join us Friday morning at the United Artists 8 Theaters parking lot located at 1919 Verdugo Boulevard in La Canada Flintridge. The best 3-day event of the Norton Club calendar of events (in my opinion…)…if you can only make one ride, make it this one. The Miner’s Inn in Mariposa is the club headquarters for Friday night and the Walker River Lodge in Bridgeport for Saturday night, however, feel free to stay anywhere you like in the area.
